Medium Model Sesame Hulling Machine (MTSH-300) is designed for small to medium-scale sesame processing plants and tahini production lines. The system features a multi-cylinder configuration with a pre-storage hopper and screw conveyor for continuous and controlled feeding.
The first cylinder (conditioning unit) performs controlled misting using spray nozzles and a flowmeter-regulated dosing pump to optimize seed moisture for efficient peeling. Process Description:
The process begins with clean sesame feeding into the pre-storage hopper. A screw conveyor transfers the seeds continuously into the system.
In the first cylinder (conditioning stage), sesame seeds are humidified using a PLC-controlled dosing pump and precision spray nozzles. Water dosage is automatically adjusted based on sesame origin, season, and purity.
Conditioned seeds are then transferred to the second cylinder (hulling stage), where husk removal is achieved through controlled seed-to-seed and seed-to-surface friction. This ensures efficient peeling with minimal breakage.
