Featuring a vertical peeling drum mounted on a platform, the machine provides consistent performance for large-scale sesame dehulling operations. A pneumatic discharge gate enables precise control of sesame flow, while the integrated water storage system optimizes the moisturization process for superior peeling results.

Powered by a high-duty gearbox motor, the machine drives a mechanical shaft inside the drum, ensuring continuous and uniform peeling. Ideal for industrial sesame peeling and tahini production lines, the Pot Model delivers maximum yield and long term reliability.

The sesame peeling process begins as raw sesame seeds are fed into the peeling pot. Water is then pumped in to initiate the moisturizing and misting stage, ensuring uniform humidity for every seed and creating optimal conditions for high-efficiency sesame peeling.

Next, centrifugal power is applied to begin outer husk removal, followed by an intensive mixing operation where friction between the sesame seeds and the machine’s walls effectively peels the outer shell.
