Working Principle:
The process products from the pre-storage hopper is fed into the weighing chamber via a pneumatically actuated inlet gate, while the discharge gate remains closed during dosing.
Load cells continuously measure the accumulated mass and transmit real-time signals to the PLC for closed-loop weight control.
Once the preset setpoint is reached, the PLC system actuates the discharge gate, releasing the weighed batch into the lower bin.
A capacitive level switch monitors the lower bin status and provides feedback to the PLC, enabling automatic cycle repetition for continuous batch operation.
