The system operates on a net weighing principle, where materials are first weighed in a dedicated hopper before discharge into bags. This method significantly improves weight precision and reduces product giveaway compared to conventional gross weighing systems.
Equipped with dual-stage feeding (coarse and fine dosing), the machine allows precise control over filling speed and accuracy. Its smart control panel enables easy parameter adjustment, ensuring seamless integration into fully or semi-automated production lines.
Manufactured from robust, food-grade stainless steel, the MTSSM-50 guarantees hygienic operation, corrosion resistance, and long service life with minimal maintenance requirements.
