Technical Specification:
The Stone Separator Machine is a compact, built-in unit designed for minimal installation footprint. Material is introduced onto the vibrating deck through a rear feeding inlet. The deck is covered with a perforated wire mesh, enabling uniform upward airflow.
A hood with an aspiration inlet is integrated into the deck. This connects to an external aspirator or dust collection system, effectively removing light impurities such as dust, husks, and chaff.
Separation is achieved based on material density. Eccentric-driven vibrations induce stratification. Heavier particles migrate toward the high-discharge outlet, while lighter particles flow to the low-discharge outlet. This enables precise removal of heavy contaminants, including stones, metals, and glass.
The enclosed deck contains dual internal fans. Airflow generated by these fans passes through the vibrating screen, enhancing density-based separation. The system operates continuously, ensuring consistent throughput and high separation efficiency.
