Gravity Separator Machine, also known as a Density Separator, is a high-performance solution designed for modern seed, grain, and pulse processing facilities. How It Works:
Raw material enters the pre-storage hopper and moves onto the vibrating deck via a linear feeder. The mesh-covered deck can be adjusted in height and angle to suit different products. Each section of the deck has a dedicated aspiration fan and motor, while side and front chutes remove unwanted fractions. Mechanical vibration combined with air fluidization separates lighter particles from heavier seeds, stones, and clumps. A resort conveyor belt collects the final output, and the machine can be partially or fully enclosed with a dust aspirator for cleaner operation. Vibration, deck angle, and airflow are controlled via PLC, ensuring consistent, high-purity output.
