Product Overiew:

Operational Manner:
The process begins in the dual sugar boiling chambers, where sugar and water are continuously heated and mixed to reach the required syrup consistency. Once the target temperature is achieved, the syrup is automatically transferred through a dedicated valve into the whisking tank. In the whisking tank, all ingredients are mixed to ensure a light, airy structure and the characteristic white color of high-quality halva. Integrated heat jackets provide precise and stable temperature control throughout the entire process.
